DESIGN & PLANNING

Most of my buildings require planning approval and building regulation consent. As part of the package, if I am contracted to do the works, I would undertake the entire planning application on your behalf.

This will cover all scale drawings which will show all elevations or the proposal and all the sourcing and filling in of all the O.S. maps required and other information.

I have done many successful planning applications, often on more difficult locations such as properties in conservation areas or listed properties; often a combination of the two.

GROUNDWORKS

I do not do the groundworks myself but I do work with a couple of Contractors who can undertake the groundworks. Alternatively I am more than happy to work with your chosen contractors.
